On 16–17 May, Sweden invites you to “Open Science – from Policy to Practice”, a conference highlighting different perspectives of shaping, implementing and embedding Open Science in and beyond the European Union.
Join policy makers, researchers, practitioners and stakeholders from across Europe, to exchange knowledge, share best practices and to discuss how Open Science can contribute to strengthening sustainable futures and democracies.
Key aspects to implementing Open Access will be discussed – among them:
The conference will take place at the National Library of Sweden (16 May) and the Swedish Museum of Natural History (17 May), as well as online.
The Open Science – from Policy to Practice conference is associated with the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the European Union and organised by the National Library of Sweden, the Swedish Museum of Natural History and the Swedish Research Council.
Partners: the Association of Swedish Higher Education Institutions, the European Commission Joint Research Centre, The European Network of Science Centres and Museums (Ecsite), Euroscience, the Swedish National Commission for UNESCO, the Swedish Science Centres, Stockholm University Baltic Sea Centre, Sweden’s Young Academy and VA (Public & Science).
