Laurence Engel, in her capacity as President of the RFN (Réseau francophone numérique), signed a partnership agreement for the “Hidden Collections Africa” programme with CLIR (Council on Library & Information Resources). This project will bring together partners from both English and French speaking countries to advance visibility and access to the documentary heritage of a large part of the African continent.
