On 24 – 25 and 28 of February 2022, the National Library of Russia (NLR) is holding an online conference “Transforming Libraries in the Digital Age”.

The conference will focus on the modern role of national libraries in the global information exchange, topical issues of national libraries in the digital revolution, regional aspects of library development in the formation of the electronic environment, legal issues of access to online resources of libraries, etc.

We are pleased to invite you and your colleagues to take part in one or two sessions:

“National Libraries in the Digital Age”: 24 – 25 of February.

“International Digital Projects of National Libraries”: 28 of February.

Approximate time: 12:00 – 14:00 / 15:00 (MSK).

Options to take part:

1. Report online directly at the conference (up to 15 min). The speakers’ speeches will be accompanied by simultaneous interpretation into Russian.
2. Video version of the report for publication on the NLR website in conference follow-up (up to 15 min.). Recording requirements: mp4 format, full HD resolution. To post a video report, we ask you to provide the text of the speech for subtitles.

The working languages are Russian and English.
