„Preserving Cultural Heritage, Shaping the Future” – this is the motto of the “Strategic Compass 2035”, published by the German National Library for the second time since 2016. The Compass is fleshed out by the “Strategic Priorities 2025-2027”. The Strategic Compass 2035 sets out the broad strategic lines for the next decade. With 13 clearly defined strategic priorities, the German National Library sets specific priorities in order to organise its tasks in an efficient and focused manner.
