On 26 September, Gallica – the digital library of the BnF and its partners – won the special jury prize at the 2022 Historia Awards. Created in 2010 by the magazine Historia, these prizes reward books, exhibitions, films and video games that highlight history. Gallica was rewarded for “the work done to promote heritage” and “the essential role played in the transmission of history”.
