In partnership with the BnF and with the support of Mellon Foundation:

• Saint-Joseph’s University in Beirut is launching a call for applications for doctoral and postdoctoral research grants for the study of collections held by the Oriental Library (BO) in Beirut. Up to three doctoral and/or postdoctoral grants shall be awarded for durations of 3 to 12 months to be held in Beirut between 1 September 2024 and 30 June 2025.

• The Institut français d’études anatoliennes (IFEA) and İstanbul Bilgi University are launching a call for applications for grants to support postdoctoral research projects on the the Silahtarağa Electric Plant Archive held by Bilgi University. Up to three postdoctoral grants shall be awarded for durations of 3 to 12 months to be held in Istanbul between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025.
