A graphic redesign of Gallica, the digital library of the BnF and its partners, has been carried out and went live on 7 January 2025.
The user’s path through the site was reshaped to offer a more clearly organised and editorial menu. The new site revolves around three main elements: the search tool, the blog with its new central place on the site’s home page and a ‘Hot now’ section featuring articles related to current events – in the world, in France or at the BnF, for example – exhibitions or the acquisition of new items.
