Supports and advises CENL and FEP in discussions and statements on issues of mutual interest to national libraries and publishers. It monitors deposit practices and legislation, gives advice on deposit practices, functions as a platform for discussion and as an exchange of information, produces clarifications, definitions, agreements on issues of mutual interest to national libraries and publishers.
