World Book and Copyright Day celebrates the power of books and their creators, promoting literacy and protecting intellectual property rights globally. This year’s message from Ms Audrey Azoulay, General director of UNESCO on the occasion of World Book and Copyright Day 23 April 2024 is „On this day,UNESCO invites you not only to celebrate reading and culture, but also to make a commitment to their support“.
