In September 2023 Estonia launched a competition “EU Project Done With Dedication”, to give recognition to the success stories that have received EU support. From the Top 30 projects the wide public was invited to select the ones they considered most significant for the society. The National Library of Estonia’s lending platform MIRKO ranked first in the field of culture.
