More than 100 readers have volunteered to be part of this community. They are of all ages and representative of the number of visits to the BnF sites. From September 2023 to June 2024, they will work on a number of issues: access from the age of 14 to some reading rooms, documentary policy, and access to BnF’s offers and services. Their proposals will enrich the work of the Library’s teams. This new form of exchange with users will enable the BnF to better take into account the needs of the public and increase the impact of its projects.
