CENL Strategic Plan 2023 – 2027
During the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 which was hosted by the National Library of France, the CENL Board of Directors agreed on the new Strategic plan for 2023 – 2027.
The 2023-2027 strategy is a logical continuation of the previous one, driven by the recognition that CENL’s goals are not necessarily the same as those of the national libraries themselves. This was the result of discussions during the development of the strategy. As a consequence, CENL will not do research itself but rather enable and support its members to meet and share their experiences and best practices; and to support them locally and virtually.
CENL does this, for example, through the Funds and Grants programme, by disseminating news about its members, by supporting surveys on various topics and by inviting members to meetings in person and/or online.
