This report is the analysis of the CENL network group “AI in Libraries” survey of CENL members regarding their artificial intelligence practices and maturity. This survey was launched in September 2021 and was intended to identify the current activities or intentions of European national libraries regarding the use of artificial intelligence.
The report provides an overview of the survey, which received 23 responses from the CENL network of 49 national libraries from 45 countries.
