Applications are currently openned for two programmes, coordinated by the French Ministry of Culture, that allow professionals working in cultural institutions to spend from one to three month at the BnF and work on a specific theme or collection in relation with the Library.

In 2022, two colleagues from the Moravian Library, Czech Republic, were hosted to study the musical relations between France and Central Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries, and to study revolutionary and counter-revolutionary texts from the 1789-1799 decade.
